I cannot re-write messages anymore..

First thing, i regret if this isnt the right section (in that case, could you tell me where to post issues like this?)..
Since i installed again the game, i hadnt any problems with addons, interface, etc.. Just one thing: i cannot rewrite the last message in the chat window. When i played in december, i could do that with a simple click on "up button" while the chat window was open.
I searched on the web and in this forum, but i couldnt find any solution.. Can someone help me?
I use Prat as chat addon, but i m using it since 6-7 months, and never had that problem before.
