This is an interesting debate. Some of the classes (and specs) play very differently from each other, and can be picked up with varying levels of difficulty depending on the person. Some players are very good at micro management and will pick up classes that cater to that play style easier, while others are very fast paced and will pick up on classes that favour that type of play style.
While I personally have 4+ "main" characters, I find myself playing mostly only two of them; perhaps it is not unsurprising that I find them "easiest" to play due to the sheer amount of reflex and innate reaction training simply playing the same class for a long time has yielded.
Something along the lines of "easy to learn, difficult to master" describes my thoughts on the matter.
I'd like to add a question or two to this thread: Do you also find that you tend to learn classes with certain types of play styles faster than others? Additionally, do you think your class and play style corresponds with your personality?
