I am disappointed, REALLY disappointed...

The thread is locked and some of our questions and concerns are just left hanging. No explanation, not even a statement explaining why you think are right in doing this... No official explanation, no nothing...

I don't know how to begin explaining how disappointed i am, I'm out of words...

I really thought better of you guys, thought you had the customers interest in mind... But you are really like any other big multinational company, am i right?

I feel sorry for you...
