Is there any point to the 'report lag' function ? We were at phase 3 on anub heroic with 50 tires left on Wed when lag kicked in and wiped us. How about that for fun !!!!

We made several tickets on the very slim hope we get the 50th try back and some even used the 'report lag' option. The replies recieved were 'please use the report lag function'. Thats just hilarious customer service.

Its getting to the stage now where lag is expected and guilds are planning raids around the fact. A very sad state of affairs.

Combine that with the still ever present issue of logging in problems since battle.net conversions (it takes me 3-4 attempts before i can log in) and you wonder why players lose their cool on the forums.

Regards

When we ask you to use the report lag function, it is because that it is more useful to us than if you create a normal game master ticket with your lag report. The report lag function is very helpful in that it gives us a much more precise image of when and where lag happens, which is very important information for our technicians who are working to address this issue.

As mentioned before in the following thread (and other threads like it), we are aware of your concerns and we do take them seriously: http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId=12304523330&pageNo=1&sid=1#12
