Recruit a friend; There missing something!

Right i have 2 friends, both recruited about 2 ago. We are all level 61's now. But im just wondering, seeing as im the Recruiter (Verteran), will i be able to get granted levels to 60 on lots of characters? So that they still have one 61, and i have 10 60's for eg. Or is it only 30 levels per friends characters, meaning they can only grant 30 levels per one character, or is it unlimited so they can grant to many chars?

I did read the RAF forum post on the US website. but it didnt actually state the above of how many characters they can grant levels to. Please tell me :)

For every two levels the recruited player gains, they can give 1 level to one of your characters that is of a lower level than their own. If, for example, they levelled 4 characters to level 58, they would be able to give 4x29 levels to characters you have below their own level... It's confusing to put in to words!
