No acknowledgement of CycloneBG Problems?

Terenas Instance servers are a Joke, Gunship battle was nearly challenging with the amount of lag we had yesterday (I KNOW CRZY RITE)

We would appreciate you saying yes, we know servers are borked we are a) trying to fix it b) too busy rolling around in piles of cash naked to do anything about it. c). a french guy spilt his black coffee in the server and its going crazy like when Johnny5 gets mad.

Iv'e yet to see a blue post regarding this sudden increase in unacceptable lag, bar one along the lines of "Shush not in this forum please"

Through dicussion amongst peers, the assumption was reached that the volume of rep farming/pugs was straining the servers and crippling raids. Is this correct are we off the mark? Is the server indeed honeymooning in honolulu and leaving his inbred cousin to do the calculations?

Is there a solution being implemented? restricting trash resets? Increasing server capacities?

I am not able to give you a "we'll fix everything this very second" reply, because problems of this nature are not something that can be resolved merely by flicking a switch or pressing a button. That being said, you can rest assured that we are by no means ignoring any of these concerns you have.
