Noticed this tonight in a raid (yeah with Vrykul model and all), obviously it has never done it before. Not sure if the haste has replaced the Arpen, havent seen it proc that in a while.

Intended or a pug?

Edit: Ok ive seen both str and crit now, but no Arpen. So the haste has replaced it.

This was changed recently in a hotfix, it is now intended to proc Haste and not ArP:
