Stuck in naz'anak - no replies from GMs

This started like a joke, but it's becoming a nightmare: this morning I was in a random dungeon in Icecrown Citadel. After a wipe at final boss, the group disbands.
As ghost I try to find my way back to the dungeon, I fall down in a pit (I know I'm a noob), and now I'm at the bottom of Naz'anak.

The only way I've found to go out from there is a teleport, but I can't use it since I'm in ghost form. I tried everything I know (unstuck button, hearthstone, moonglade teleport, queing for dungeons and PVP battlegrounds), but nothing worked.

I opened a ticket this morning asking a GM to please rez me in some way, but so far I haven't heard anything. I'm waisting my last vacation day I could have used playing.

Any hope to be rescued??
