Hello people,

first of all I wish you all a happy 2010!

Now with that being said, I can come to the actual point of this forum post --> Al'Akir or should I call it queue'akir.

Since 3.3 launched players during primetime (starting at around 4.30pm servertime even) are beginning to experience extreme queues to login to the game. I am talking about 1k-1500 people in line to enter when you try to logon. It's insane.

To quote someone from my realm forums : " we pay for this game... if you pay for a monthly puplic transportation pass - you don't accept the train being 2½ hours late every day when you need it to get home from work.

you pay for something = you need to receive the goods"

This is actually correct.

It's also been happening every single day since the patch, every single day those excessive numbers. I just logged on and I am number 1239 in queue, can't even calculate my waiting time.

It's not that it's a problem to wait in a queue but these wait times are in their extremes and it's not improving. We had free character moves before, when it wasn't needed as much as now. New accounts are also still able to make characters on Al'Akir. People are still eligible to realm transfer to Al'Akir.

Please Blizzard, on behalf of all the players on Al'Akir: We have been troubled with extreme lags in the entire history of the servers, at least fix these queues!!

To back it up some more, here are some topics made by others about the matter on our realm forums.
