why do mages get a skilll that slows opponents with no cooldown ?

i mean a mage can preety well kill one elite by just kitting the thing :|

i as a rougue have to wear leather .... leather !!!1...... and eat his sword while my kydney shot is on cooldown or get's parryed , dodged , missed :|

today my kidney shot was "resisted " by a teddybear night elf - > druid if u don't catch the point

the damn skill wasn't parryed , wasn't dodged , had'nt miss -- it was resisted !!!!
