As I'm sure most of you with half a brain will have guessed, Icecrown citadel is basically inaccessible for most of the population as of this moment. On top of this whenever you run onto the stairs at the end of the halls of reflection you get disconnected instantly and stuck until your lucky enough to be able to get an extra second of play time before you get dc/ed again.

However, most of you will say, "Oh well its patch day, its always like this, too many people trying to play at once" bla bla bla...

But this is not excusable any longer Blizzard, besides the fact that you have around 12 million or so subscribers to pay the cost of the fees for more efficient servers, (plus your other franchises like Starcraft and Diablo), you also would have thought that you would have learned from previous complaints and your previous mistakes.

12 MILLION Subscribers, 12 MILLION, think about the amount of cash Blizzard generate daily from this huge enterprise, and some of you will STILL defend them like you work for them personally even though the same problems have cropped up on numerous if not EVERY patch that has been added to this game. Just to re-iterate - 12 million... Just think about that for a second for any of you fanboys who will defend Blizzard tooth and nail by saying "If you don't like it don't play it" Bla bla ###!ING bla.... "Don't let the door hit you on the way out" etc etc etc.. god you guys are repetitive by the way.

As FEE paying customers, we have a right to be able to access the content whenever we please, regardless of whether 'too many' people are trying to gain access to a particular instance or not.

Learn from your mistakes Blizzard, a company of your calibre shouldn't still be affected by these problems.. I really enjoy this game and its such a shame to see you still haven't removed these issues..
