Ah, this thread is a fun one. Personally, the ones that always annoyed me the most was dieing to a dot after zoning out of a battleground next to the battle master :( Incidentally, the most fun way I have killed someone else was jumping off a cliff (for example in AB) with a slow fall item and have them follow me without one :p
