Cross-Faction BoA Item Mailing in 3.3?

Title says it all. If I remember, a blue post stated something about that a while ago.

"Then the good news is that, if you're able to patiently wait for patch 3.3 you will probably be rewarded with the very thing you're requesting. That's right, we aim to implement the ability to exchange bind-on-account items between your Horde and Alliance characters in patch 3.3. Of course, as with anything not yet live (and even things that are) this is subject to change, but it currently remains our intention. And I've read the patch notes several times, but fail to see anything involving BoA item trading. So does anyone know if this will or will not be implemented in patch 3.3?

Bind-on-Account Items: Players can now mail Bind-on-Account items to characters on the same account and realm regardless of faction. Please note this only applies to Bind-on-Account items. Other items or gold cannot be sent via mail to characters on the same realm and account if they are from differing factions.
