Okay, so lets start this out by saying that now around these pets, i remembered the authenticators. So now im thinking of getting one, but i need to ask a few questions:
1. Which is the best to get, mobile or the real one, i have two mobile phones, one of which i do not use and luckily my country is in the list of countries that the authenticator is shipped. So which one do you think is best to get?
2. Is it true that if i get the real authenticator if i ever lose it i can recover account by logging into battlenet then typing in my authenticator key and WoW CD keys?
3. If i should go mobile, is it a better idea to run it on the phone i do not use, i read it requires a connection to the internet only once, so i can just get a one month deal and then get it, because i never get my old phone out of my house so their is no risk of losing it somewhere else.
4. If the method i said above for the recovering is not true what details do i need to tell to billing department to get it back? Also is their a way to contact them not by phone, my country is not listed so does that mean i cannot call them from here?
5. Is it really worth it with the risk of losing it?

Also to my next question, its about the WoW gun sounds. They are getting very annoying, just cause someone with a gun is in my group. It makes my head hurt badly. Now i like to keep WoW sound on, but is their any LEGAL way that WILL NOT GET ME BANNED to change it? Now ive seen several addons for this, but they all use the data folder and even though that is not really modifilying the files, will it get me banned? Anyone use them for a long time and not being banned? Blizzard have anything against it?

So yeah, thanks for reading.

1 - this choice is yours. If you trust yourself not to lose or break the authenticator token then it is just as viable to use as the mobile authenticator. Both have the same security, it's up to you to work out the pros and cons on that one. :)

2 + 4. In order to remove a lost or broken authenticator from your Account you will need to contact the billing team. It's the only way. If your country is not in the list of free phone calls, you could always use Skype to call for free, or use the webform to e-mail then your request.

3. To connect a mobile authenticator it required internet at the time of syncing the account to the authenticator. At rare times you may need to resync, and this will also require an active connection to do.

5. The risk needs to be weighed against the pain of having your account compromised. :) I know I would rather take a short time contacting our billing team to remove a lost authenticator from an account than lose my account, characters and in-game possessions to an evil doer!
