My suggestion to mobility, what say you?

This I have an issue with, concerning the Rogue-class.
Not that warriors can own us in straight-up fights, not that mages/hunters/locks can kite us forever... Rather, an issue concerning how I belive Blizzard has failed in diversing the classes, especially in regards to armor.
Of course, what would be sweeter than giving Rogues the ability to wear Mail/Plate? Nothing you might say, but I rather like the fact that we are supposed to wear light armor that gives less protection IF we get something in return, and that ought to be mobility!

ISSUE:
Being the supposedly most versatile class concerning movement (Leatherwearing Light attack iirc from Blizzards description on class, which was the reason I rolled a rogue as my first toon) and having NOTHING to compete with in regard to warrior-movement unless you spec deep into Assassin (and who wouldn't trade the warriors movement-abilities for Fleet Footed?).

I honestly think we should have a trainable ability that resembles Fleet Footed speed increase and have the talent Fleet Footed get a buff for snare-resist (10->20% would be super, id love it) instead.

I mean, A platewearing maniac with a heavy 2-hander being just as fast as us + Intercept/intervene? Nonsense!

Clothies might complain that in that case they should get faster too as they are draped in cloth - but we are AGI not INT, so there, it should yield something when it comes to movement.

What say you folks?

I always thought Sprint should work like an FPS game:
You press and hold it to gain the boost but you can only go for so long before you get 'tired'.
Then the 'tired' bar slowly fills up again when you're not sprinting (the fill rate would be constant and would take the current cooldown time to go from empty to full).

Then of course you can apply the Improved Sprint effect and say that if you are holding down the sprint (i.e. sprinting) button, you are immune to movement impairing effects.

...but then this isn't an FPS, is it? :)
