Character Transfer Problem : Stuck at Pending

So Im trying to move from Sylvanas to Mazrigos but have been stuck at the "Pending" status for over 12 hours now. It says the average wait time is 1 hour but it seems my characters have gotten stuck somewhere.

Anyone else have the same problem?
I tried calling Blizzard support but as ALWAYS you either cannot get trough or you get some wierd connection sounds.

Anyone know how long this transfer should take? I dont mean the 1 hour average, I mean has someone actually moved from Sylvanas to Mazrigos lately and what transfer times did u have?
