Awesome. So, when are Blizzard going to actually spend any *%@#ing money?
You guys could end world poverty and fund research to cure cancer in 5 minutes with the ludicrous amounts of money you gibbons make... Yes, I used a plural. Because you are ALL corporate !**#*s!
Almost 24hours of downtime to fix a problem that, to be honest, shouldn't be there. So many things in this game that shouldn't be paid for.
"Oh but the money is used as a deterrent so the servers don't get clogged up with queries and requests!" Bull ##*%, I'm afraid.
Seriously guys. This ##*% is getting tiresome. The amount you ask for a month is by no means "too much" but when you laugh in our faces and take servers down for nearly a WHOLE DAY to fix a problem that could have been avoided long ago just takes the biscuit!
"Lets keep all the money we have and wait till the servers REALLY need upgrading. People won't mind. This game is like crack on a disc anyway!"
"Thank you for your patience and understanding." - Don't patronize your customers either. Patience? Understanding? 90% of your staff don't even know what those words mean... I know this from speaking to most of them through e-mails and in-game tickets.
Not much else can be expected I suppose. Especially from a French founded business that gets handed over to American fat-cats smoking cigars like toffs.

And yes. Before any of you nay sayers come strolling through. I could do better. But the thing is, I'll never get the chance... Why, you ask? Because I would never let something get into such a state like this in the first place...
And I bet all my shiny little coins that after this ridiculously long downtime server capacity is still a problem... And no, I don't mind eating my own words.
