Billing issue...Still pending

This is really getting a bit unfair now, I have done a paid character transfer, I have canceled and restarted the whole procedure 4 times now, and tried paying at least 20 times now on multiple different credit cards, my credit card, and a bunch of my friends credit cards, nothing is working.

I just got off the phone with my bank who assures me its not an error there side as its not even getting that far as to even reflect on there systems that the procedure is even happening.

All I get is Payment Rejected.

I have sent blizzard 2 Billing Support emails querying this problem, because as it stands I cant play wow, I have an active account but my character is locked, I sent my first email last week Friday to blizzard to try and resolve this issue and the second email I sent yesterday, I have made multiple posts on the forums about this problem.

All I want is to get some help to resolve this problem, its really not nice having an active account and not being able to play your character. I have paid allot of money to play this game, I went out and bought the Lich king upgrade and reactivated my account and I cant play I find this seriously unfair and even more so due to the fact that I am getting No support from Blizzard.

Please Blizzard I am really pleading for you to help me with this problem, please don't just lock my thread without offering to help me first, I am trying everything its not like I just gave up and made it your problems I have really tried everything I can think of to make the payment.
