Do NOT use faction change at the moment.

Myself and a friend have both just tried to change faction Horde > Alliance and both of us were told of a transaction error, but the change would still go ahead we would just need to confirm payment details again after recieving an email.

Email arrives, off to the transaction page we go check everything is correct and click pay now as the payment did not go through the first time. Re-enter payment details, and yet again there is the same error code.

Re-check both our card details everything is correct money in bank etc, and we try again. Same error and now our cards are blocked for 72hrs....... this would be fine, no worries just a hic-up with the new system you would think.

THEY STILL TOOK ARE BLOODY MONEY, ON BOTH ATTEMPTS. Sorry for caps, but i feel its needed there.

So now we are both £40 down, and our toon's have not change faction.

My advise wait until you decide to chaneg faction, unless you enjoy throwing money away.

Will be phoning Blizz first thing tomorrow, will keep you posted if anyone is interested.
