I have done a paid character transfer, but for some reason as I get to the final part where I actually have to pay, it gets rejected.
My Credit card is full of money I have checked that lol and I know my credit card status anyway, and the weird thing is that I just recently started playing wow again, after being absent from it for 3 years, and I used this same card 2 weeks ago to sign up to wow again and it worked perfectly.
I tried 3 times and then it got locked for 24 hours, I had no idea that it would do this and was pretty upset when I got that message, because if I knew it was going to do that I would have contacted blizzard by the second try instead of thinking that I was just making a silly typo in one of the details each time.
I sent an email to wow on Friday last week regarding this matter and its now Monday and I am still waiting for a reply from them.
I live in South Africa so phoning them is not an option right now and besides my office phone doesn't let me phone to foreign countries, so naturally I used there "Webform" as requested.
I would really like this issue to be resolved and thus I have posted it on the forums.
There is no reason for my cards payment to be rejected and it would be nice if it would give me a reason why and it makes no sense since it worked 2 weeks ago to activate my account to actually play wow again.
Thanks,
Kind Regards
