people want answers and fixes that you have ignored or not offered solutions to.

you should not expect poeple to wait 30 mins plus for bg in any bracket and still expect to take a subcription fee for a game thats not woring as intended.

and for the blue post who said that its better to wait a little longer and have even numbers - what a load of rubbish those who have entered bg's have already posted the numbers are not even so this patch is one epic fail.

I emailed customer support ( no answer)

I phoned the billing line (not taking calls)

This is bad customer service when people have complaints and you cant deal with them.

I'm not willing to pay £15 to transfer to another realm and have the same proplem so what do u suggest?

No blue said what you have claimed them to. :) I believe you're referring to something I said:
Q u o t e:
For a long time people were upset that battlegrounds launched with horribly unbalanced team numbers, and would rather queue a little longer to have a battle start with even sides, and now people are upset that queues are way too long despite being able to begin battles with even sides. It's a tough balancing act, and it will be monitored very, very carefully to see where improvements can be made down the line.
Please avoid misquoting to cause uproar. :)

Battles can still start with uneven sides as people do not always enter the Battleground they have queued for. What is happening is an ongoing attempt to bring more balanced numbers to the Battlegrounds. This has adversely raised queue times, and we're monitoring this situation closely and will see what improvements can be made down the line.
