I am very upset i've been forced to leave the lvl 60 battleground experience behind me, indeed i came close to closing this account on that basis.

But many more people have taken that step and have expressed their opposition to the changes "accidentally" brought about in patch 3.2.2 ... I have seen GM activity on only one front ... Locking petition posts ... 4 have been locked in the last 18 hours, yet i dont see those same gm's ensuring the community that the issue is being looked at or that its being reviewed... Someone has stole their tongues but not their BanHammers ...

I want Gms to tell the community what is going to happen to Bg's since this patch was NOT well thought out at all... If your going to moderate the forums where people have posed direct questions and asked for Authoritative responses and do nothing but Lock petition threads looking for answers, then what good are you?

Please any Gm reply to this or another post and tell us

* What will happen to twinks of all shapes and sizes 60's , 70's ...
* What will happen to battlegroups with queue times to make your head hurt ...
* Who and where should we complain if you cant provide the answers from Authority inside this forum

I humbly as for a Blue reply to this or one of the very similar posts that now litter this forum...

This is the most calm and collected post on the boards at the moment, so I will say a little on the matter. Do note not everyone will like what they hear.

This is down to the individual. The brackets changes are here to stay for the foreseeable future at least. We can never say forever, because it's not something we can assure you or anyone of.

For a long time people were upset that battlegrounds launched with horribly unbalanced team numbers, and would rather queue a little longer to have a battle start with even sides, and now people are upset that queues are way too long despite being able to begin battles with even sides. It's a tough balancing act, and it will be monitored very, very carefully to see where improvements can be made down the line.

Q u o t e:
what was the benifit of this change? to lose money or just to p!ss people off?
This change is so that players who are leveling (read: below 80) play together and players who are at the level cap play together, much like all the other Battlegrounds.

Ok I will be calm and I want my answer.

How is it better to wait a little longer over getting overwhelmed?

Now horde, both low and high level have queue times which say "wait time unavailable" this is the birocratic term for its not ganna happen. Right now at my level there is 1 WSG going on. And I am queued for WSG for 45mins now and it still doesn't invite me.
This is of course being monitored. We've not put the change in place, washed our hands of it and walked away. Something like this is tough, if not impossible to test fully without the numbers only possible in a live realm situation.

Q u o t e:
Players on a vanilla acount ARE lvl capped yet forced to play a game where they cant even kill a NCP…Explain plz!
Q u o t e:
That's because deciding to not move on at 60 is your choice, whereas once you hit 80 you can't move on until the next expansion. When anyone mentions the level cap, they mean 80. People at 70 or 60 are only artificially capped and are so because it's their choice.
Quoting Sammy there, the level cap refers to the highest level attainable in-game at the time, regardless of expansion level. At this point in time level 80 is the cap.
