Europe, US and Blizz: No criticism allowed?

The first thread about " How Blizzard treats EU members" was closed because Vaneras said that there was a existing threat:

And now they also closed the existing thread without a word:

I know maybe this one will also be closed without a word, but it only shows how blizzard threats EU-Members. The question is:

NO CRITICISM ALLOWED?

It seems the existing thread was locked by a mistake, so I have re-opened it.

Criticism is allowed and if the criticism is presented in a constructive manner, then it is even encouraged.

If a thread on any given topic exists already, then we prefer people to post in that thread instead of creating a new one.
