To do before Cataclysm gets out!

I was thinking about all the stuff Blizzard might remove when reworking Azeroth so I figure why not make a list of things to do/get before Cataclysm gets out. Since they probobly will remake the old instances, aswell as the areas, alot of items will no longet be obtainable. And perhaps some of the achivements will be removed / turned in to Feats of Strength...

I have no facts about any of this, the items/achivements/whatever might not be removed but who wants to chance ;)
