Un'Goro crystals - buffs almost pointless

I have just come across another example of those that do, being crapped upon in favor of those that don't.

The crystals from Un'Goro crater and the items they create USED to be independant of similar buffs, scrolls or potions, the RESTORE +spirit with scrolls or priest buffs, the SPIRE +damage aura with thorns & the WARD +armour with scrolls or potions.

Now they don't, I have no idea when this changed as it's been years since I was near this place for them. We make the effort to get them so why can't we continue to have the bonuses for that effort?

So AGAIN making having these and the effort of farming the crystals next to pointless, in blizzards continual yet unfathomable game change policies.

Time was they stacked, my 60 raider mage and the priests farmed these to get the spirit bonuses for raids and the tanks for the damage aura to help aggro gains. Hell, sometimes we used the crystal charge explosive on a 1,2,3, throw against grps just for giggles 40 of those does a heck of damage.

Funnily enough the irradiated shards you can get from Azuremyst Isle DON'T stack with anything else and can still be used independantly.

One set does stack the other doesn't yet booth are of the same ilk.

WAY to go Blizz on removing another element of individuality and continuity.
