Can't retrieve realm list.

As the title sais i can't retrieve the realm list, only at certain times though.
When i first log in it works like a charm no problems at all. But if i then choose a character to play with and later log out to switch to another realm, i'll get stuck on retrieving realm list.
This is a problem that has started as i merged my b.net and wow accounts yesterday during the maintenance.
If i log in and out of my account i can switch realms again but if i enter a character the problem remains.

I havn't deleted any cached data since i have a ton of addons that has taken hours of configuration, so this would be a last resort.
There have been no other clear connections in the issue other than that it always happens if i enter the world with one of my characters.

It's not like i'm going to cancel my account for this but it's a real nuisance that i'd gladly be rid of.
