Goblin racials are Overpowered...

Well actually only one talent is, the rocket jump. It's a disengage made into a racial. How is this NOT overpowered? You can escape death very easily in arenas and if you're a hunter you pretty much got 2 disengages.

Worgen racials don't even come close.

Chop it, remove it, replace it w/e but if this hits the game then be sure that you won't see any other race THAN Goblins.

There may still be changes made the goblin/worgen racials as well as amendments to some of the racials for existing races if needs be. :)
