Seemingly adorned with Crimson Tunics and Powerheal Lenses, the Holdout Medics do a great job but apparently not quite enough to cleanse Gnomeregan of its plight... there's only so far you can go when spamming Renew and Heal.

They need to level up a bit and gain a few more spells and abilities... maybe with your guidance they'll have a bit better luck in Cataclysm.
