Does it get a revamp? Knowing Blizzard, they will probably add a 58-70 zone and make Outland obsolete. That's too bad, Outland did have its charm. From a lore PoV it could be Deathwing's base or something simillar.

The water will probably not pass through the portal, however any unwitting swimming or floating creature probably will. Move your character up to the portal and try throwing water through it. See, it doesn't go through. ;-)
