Flying over the ocean in Azeroth

So you can fly now in Azeroth with the Cataclysm expansion.
Does it means you can fly from Eastern kingdoms over the ocean to Kalimdor ? Or do we have to take zappelings and boats to travel to the other lands ?
If so that would be awesome, I can imagine me flying over the ocean, and let myself drop in the maelstorm. :D

No, you won't be able to use your flying mounts to fly between Northrend, Kalimdoor and Eastern Kingdoms.

You will need to find different means of transportation to travel between continents :-)
