Phasing in "new" Kalimdor/Eastern Kingdoms

Phasing is the new invention of Wrath, but with the overhaul Cataclysm will bring to Kalimdor/Eastern Kingdoms, we will probably start seeing phasing in the old zones too.
Phasing changes things only for your character. Characters that didn't do the quest to make the "phase" happen see the area as it was before the phase.

I would love to see phasing for that bridge in Redridge. After all the bolts and work you do to get it repaired, it would be great to actually see it restored to it's former glory through phasing.

And the flightpath in Un'Goro camp could be added with phasing. The whole "we're lost here out in the wilderness, but we got this handy flightpath" doesn't make much sense. Make the first quest you get there something in the line of "thank the Light you found us, now go tell them in Tanaris so they can make a flightpath to here" (add some fun by having to "train" the gryphons to find the place by flying one over to the camp).

Also, it could add npc's you're charged to find only when you have accepted the quest . It feels kind of silly to do a "find this person" quest, when you have seen him multiple times already.

Any other suggestions for the use of phasing in known areas?

Phasing technology brings so many fun and fascinating possibilities that I think the main issue will be deciding on when to stop using it. ;-) It should be really interesting to see in what ways phasing is used, and I for one am looking forward to hearing more.
