No paid race change to Worgen or Goblins

I started playing during WotLK so my characters are at huge disadvantage compared to people who have played since Vanilla, when it comes to catching up with their PvE achievement progress. There are titles like Scarab Lord and Feats of Strength I unfortunately can't achieve anymore.

I plan to reroll as Worgen in Cataclysm because everyone who rolls a Worgen or a Goblin has to start with a clean slate. New players have equal chances to become most progressed Worgens Achievement-wise on their servers.

Having a Goblin or Worgen character will show that you've had the dedication to level up the character and obtain the achievements after the date of Cataclysm release. WoW remains a fair and interesting game for new players if paid race changes to Goblins and Worgen are not allowed.
