Imagine that you didn't receive arena points

So, imagine that you didn't receive arena points for the last two weeks at the end of the arena season. What would you do? Write tickets, create forum threads? What if you don't receive answer from Blizzard about this situation from any sources? How much frustrated will you?

It is not a survey. It is a real situation in a russian battlegroup Вихрь (http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId=10546327084&sid=5&pageNo=1). A lot of players from the whole batlegroup don't receive arenapoints for the last two weeks. I think thare is no need to explain, how importent these arenapoints now, at the end of the season. Do we receive feedback from Blizzard? Yes. We receive a template "we are working on the problem" answer on our in-game tickets (I guess it is because GMs have some rules about the maximum time before response). We also had a similar answer in the forum at 8/19/2009. A week ago. The whole week was passed from this message, and arena points were not assigned again.
The end of the season should be at 8/25. In seprember arena points should be reset. To tell that we are anxious is to tell nothing. We need a normal answer from Blizzard, and we need a solution of this problem. Thats why I've created a thread in the English forum.
