Few questions about Cataclysm

Well I don't wanna blue fishing, but I think hardly anyone beside blues knows the answers, but I might be wrong.
1. Will the goblins at Booty Bay/Ratchet etc remain neutral? If no, what will happen to the TCG vendor, or those fishing dailies which "have to be"? Also wondering what will happen to "outdated reputations" like Goblines or hydraxian waterlords.
2. Will the TBC Azeroth zones (B. Elves and Draeneis starter zones, also Isle of quel'danas) be affected by Cataclysm and will there be a separate instance for them? I think it would be nothing wrong if people without TBC would be able to see them, and it would be very bad imo if they wouldn't be flyable, always wanted to fly over Silvermoon.
3. Will TB - > Org zeppelin remain? Think there would be no point in removing it soon after it was implemented.
4. Will those old raids - ex. Kara, ZG - still be here? I know that Blackrock gets revamped, but there was nothing said about others (afaik)

The currently neutral goblins will remain neutral. The Steamwheedle Cartel will not be associated with the Horde any more than they are now.

We don't have details of every zone that is impacted by the cataclysm. Only in time will this answer arrive.

I don't see any reason for it to be removed. In fact, there will be more reason to keep it in place given the perils that will no doubt lurk in the Barrens post expansion.

These raids will be untouched for now. I won't give you absolutes because those lead to pitchforks and hunting parties should such things change down the line. ;)
