I hope this doesn't get into the expansion because it sounds stupid, scrubs will be able to get 2k+ rating by doing BGS until their rating (eventually) gets high.

The system is still in a very early stage and will be prone to iterations over time when it's tested on a live system. So many considerations to be made, and changes will most likely be seen. When more is known, we will let you all know.
