Cannot launch additional instances - refund?

Since we have had it for a very, very long time now and it's active 24/7 (2 hours queue into Deadmines around 02:00 - 04:00 on an ordinary workday is just *@!#ed up). Can take you upto 1,5h to enter an Northrend HC during peaktime and impossibel to enter non-northrend instances.

We pay to play this game, atleast I do and when I can't PvE that concept kinda fails now doesn't it? I pay to queue at the moment I would say. So blizzard, please consider to atleast add on month of free subscription for the Frostmane players (I know many others have the same problem but can't point out specific realms) to compensate our lost game play.

Sorry for bad english/grammar but since english isn't my mother tounge, you can't demand it to be top notch.

We're actually deep into implementing optimisations across all realms due to this instance capacity message. For those realms we have already done these modifications on, people report the message is rarely ever seen, if at all. We realise being unable to access raids and dungeons isn't at all fun and that is why we are working hard at solving this issue.
