IMPROVE YOUR INSTANCE SERVERS

Have you ever had the hardest time to set a group ready for instance?
Now finally setted up the group and headed for the instance wich takes ages to get 2 guys to summoning stone...
all set and ready to go...
but then...
"additional instances cannot be launched, please try again later" pops up, lovely aint it?

WELL I HAD ENOUGH OF THIS!
is this what we pay 13 euro's each month for?

@ Blizzard, you guys earn %!#%loads of money, pls provide us better service and quality...
if you have 10 million players worldwide playing wow, then provide instance servers for these 10 million players...
or is it all about profit profit profit?

and I bet i'm not the only one out there that thinks this way...
