Enabling quest objectives on my map

Have I missed an option somewhere to enable the skul, glowing skull, gear icons etc on my map? I was under the impression that this patch was enabling the map to show locations of mobs, items and othe objectives of quests? My DK in Outlands is not showing anything extra on his map :( Also is it the minit map or the main map (He has neither)...

it's not been removed permanently, we do plan on having this feature back in at a future time. We hope for it to be in a minor patch, but should be able to confirm more details closer to the time.
