I know you are aware of it (how couldn't you) and you have promised to address the problem, but seriously, something is amiss here.
As it is, I'm paying and you're not delivering.
I hope you agree that not being able to zone in somewhere basically means not being able to play. Jumping in Dalaran never fails to entertain some people, but the vast majority of us does like to enter an instance portal rather than to run into it 160 times in a row. Right now, this isn't worth 15 Euros a month.
I strongly suggest you make this a top priority or you consider lowering the monthly fee to something that permits these major technical shortages. Free online games are sometimes unavailable. That's fine, they are free after all.
Well, it's 1 pm and I'll give it another 50 tries or so now.
