Ok, when i read the patch notes i noticed one major anoying thing. Rogues using axes now. This is a really stupid thing considering this is the thing that separates rogues from enhancement shamans. Besides, since when have you ever seen a dude in the shadow with an axe, its either a dagger, sword or mace..... rogues arent suposed to look or be barbaric like shamans.. hell.,,, why not let shamans be able to use swords, most of the wepons in ulduar are swords and only 1 wepon for shamans on yogg saron, that is good for them, whille rogues have the 2.6 speed wepons and 1.6 which isnt fair. Just let shamans be able to use swords like rogues can now use axes or let them get something from spirit, some hit chance, crit, sp bonus or haste bonus. Its really a shame for both ele and enha, since most of the things are much later in the raid the for rogues

Handing Shamans swords was deemed by the designers as something we wished to avoid, it just wasn't something the lords of lore were keen on, and rightly so. Rogues are deemed masters of melee combat, it's what they do. They stab, slice and mutilate stuff with sharp objects. This change allows for more axes to be available as it was very apparent that not enough were dropping in end game content.
