Customer satisfaction? Who cares...

True, it's patch day, but I'm really sick about Blizzard lack of communication.

My realm, Terenas, has been down all day now. The login screen says it's up but we simply can't login...

Blizzard, you must go learn how to handle your customers... you can't go on like this forever.

Learn to talk to your paying customers because people tend to get really pissed when things they're paying for don't work as intended and nobody ever write a line to tell them what the hell is happening.

If my company should behave like you do we would be all fired in a matter of seconds.

Terenas has loads of players on-line at this time. If you're struggling to log in, it could be because many, many players are doing the same thing at the same time.

Imagine a motorway/highway as a similar system to the Enter World button. When a motorway is closed, many cars will queue at the junction to join it once it opens. When it opens, all the cars start moving onto the motorway as fast as possible, and it clogs up, causing a jam. Given time the jam will free up.
