A change to equiped items, no tooltip?.

Was just ingame and noticed this, whenever i place my cursor over any item i have equiped it no longer shows a tooltip for the item, was this added in the patch (may have missed it in the notes)? if so is there anyway to re enable it or is it just a bug on my end.

Anyone know.

Must be an AddOn causing that.
