Why don't we have a Ghostcrawler?

I love that guy, even though he nerfs us in every patch. Atleast he, himself, makes an effort to help the community with questions, does Q&A by "order" etc etc.

People in the US are directly questions straight to him on the forums, and they mostly get an answer very soon, even if its not the answer they want to hear.
Why can't the EU team have a guy like this?

I dont even read the EU-forums apart from my own realms forum, cause all CM's do is copy-paste from US.

This has probably been posted before, but I couldnt find it.
