Please get rid of Deadly Poison Stacking

It's outdated - Hunter's Serpent Sting, DK's diseases, and Warrior's Rend serve similar purposes, a DoT that boosts or opens up other abilities. However, Rogues are the only ones that can't apply it on demand - and considering how DP is linked to the majority of our DMG source (Instant Poison) it's one of the main reasons why Rogues are so terrible at target swapping (which this expansion has no shortage of).

PvP wise it's a buff and nerf, Mutilate Rogues lose the blanket that protects Crippling Poison while at the same time they don't have to deal with the even longer ramp up time to Envenom (which hits like a joke at anything below 4 stacks).

You've got a point.

While we're unlikely to eliminate dps ramp up time for rogues altogether, we're sensitive to the fact that rogues require multiple methods to do so, when combo points do a pretty good job of handling that job. We will look at methods of streamlining rogue dps ramp time at some point in the future.
