Can't see my damage!?!?

Hey all, we are currently working to track down this problem. We have some questions for you that if you could answer, may help us:

Is this happening when you are not running any add-ons at all?
Does this occur on all of your characters/classes or only on a few?
Is this happening on yourself or only on others?
Is it that the numbers are never showing up, or are they occasionally in wrong places?

We wanted to follow-up on some of the answers here and ask a few more clarifying questions below.

Is this happening to the numbers you see floating above your character?
Or the numbers over mobs heads?
Or both?

Also, please refrain from bumping the thread. We are already following discussions closely and need accurate information on what you're experiencing so that we can better discern where the issue is.

Are you a PC or a Mac?
What resolution are you running WoW in (check video options)?
Do you have the UI scale on and at anything other than 1.0?

We're still keeping tabs on this thread. If you could, would someone please take the time to post a screenshot of the text rotated and the contents of your config.wtf.

First, I wanted to say thank you to everyone that has provided additional information for us. After further review, we have not been able to reproduce this bug in-house however, we do believe that we have a fix that will be applied in an upcoming patch. We'll keep a close eye out for further feedback once the fix is implemented.

We are going to close this thread for now due to the non-constructive nature of some posts that are beginning to appear in this thread. We are currently planning to apply a fix, but as always, we can not provide a specific time for this at this point in time. We want to thank everyone again who participated and provided us with valuable information about this issue.
