Lockout loot from bosses, not the whole place

I'm still settling into the announced Raid ID lockout changes coming for Cata, and I think I like them, at least conceptually.

There is one practical change I really hope the developers give careful consideration.

With loot the same quality from each raid size, I think it would be a great boon to design lockouts so that any given toon can only get loot from a boss once a week, but is not locked out of going into a different sized dungeon.

For example, if I go into 10 man Uldum, and kill the first two bosses, getting whatever loot I normally would, I could then later in the week go into 25 man Uldum, participate in the boss kills, and not be eligible to recieve loot (including emblems and gold).
This system would work both ways; any time you kill a boss for the first time that week, you are eligible for loot normally. You'd still be able to go into the other size dungeon, however, to help out.

I suppose this could be used to game the system, if some boss was radically more difficult on a certain raid size, but I trust Blizz will work this out, since the stated goal is for that not to be the case.

I realize this might be very challenging technically, but it strikes me as something that would increase player flexibility without mandating extra raiding and increasing burnout.
