Sindragosa's Backlash Can Crit. Intentional?

Hi, I just wanted to get a confirmation from Blizz that the Backlash caused from the Instability debuff in the Sindragosa encounter was meant to be able to crit. Have a good day.

We hotfixed Backlash today so it won't land a critical hit anymore.
