Uhhhh.... PvP scaling?

I'm going to voice my concern about this dumpster fire of a system blizzard has.

At level 70 I should NOT be able to stand toe to toe and win against players that are way above my level(90+). This makes literally no sense. Why would blizzard think this is a good idea?

Like others have said in other forum posts, low levels should not be the attackers against people way higher than them in wpvp situations.

This was a bug with the resilience stat scaling, which has been fixed. There is no scaling tech applied to player vs player combat under 110.
