Emerald Nightmare Open?

Emerald Nightmare is listed at the bottom. Does this imply that some version (normal? LFR?) will be available for open testing? Or only that there will be further testing during beta?

The raids won't be permanently open. We have a couple more Mythic Nightmare fights to test, and then we'll be opening larger chunks of Nightmare on Normal and/or LFR for a couple of days at a time, while doing focused Mythic Nighthold testing alongside that.
