6.1 ruined in-game raid frames

So I use in-game raid frames to heal. I have them as small as possible, and display HP remaining on people.

Today they added the -realm to people cross-realm.....

It's TERRIBLE! I can't disable it, and the realm overlaps the HP remaining and makes it look freaking terrible!

Why was this change needed/required? I don't care what realm people are on - I don't wanna see it on my raid frames ! You're messing me up for healing >.<
